Here at Belly Button we’ve been inspired by all of the Valentines paper pretties on Pinterest this week!

We think the art of love letters is still very special, so what better way to show your love than to send someone a beautiful card or love letter!

Here are some lovely Valentines ideas –

The perfect way to wrap a present for the one you love!

Bake macaroons, if you’re feeling really adventurous you could even make them heart shaped!

Finish off your wonderful sends by sealing them with a heart stamp!

Make a lovely heart garland out of glittery paper.

Creative day in Wales

Last week we had a lovely creative day at Joy Butlers studio in Wales. We used ceramic paints to decorate reclaimed china pieces and of course there was lots of tea and cake as usual.

We had lunch outside and luckily the sun was shining for us!

There were lots of pretty flower boxes everywhere

Tea anyone? The ceilings were full of rows of antique teacups, what a great idea!

Around the workshop

Joy’s daughter Ruth makes beautiful jewellery out of the reclaimed teacups and plates.

The garden was amazing, there were so many pretty flowers everywhere!

Afternoon tea and biscuits, because you can never have too much tea!

We made little concertina books full of ideas and we loved using the vibrant inks.
